What we process
We may process names, job titles, employer details, contact information, correspondence and information necessary for customer, supplier, partner and project relationships. This is used to administer agreements, deliver services, maintain contact and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is normally based on contract, legitimate interests and/or legal obligations. Information is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose or as required by law.
Email is not suitable for sensitive information. Please do not send sensitive content unencrypted. Information that is not necessary for the matter is deleted as soon as it is appropriate to do so.
Sharing
WME does not sell personal data. Information is shared only when necessary to deliver services, fulfil agreements or comply with legal requirements.
Cookies
WME uses cookies and similar technologies only when necessary for website functionality, or where the required consent has been obtained. Optional analytics or marketing tracking is not used without consent where this is required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability where the relevant conditions are met.
